When a leading medical device supplier turned to PPM for help streamlining the manufacture of one of their most important critical care products, they got far more than they requested.
As well as value engineering the production efficiency of these small, viscous gel-filled pouches (designed to cushion and support preemie babies during their most vulnerable days and weeks), our skilled team of researchers and engineers successfully improved the quality and durability of the ink screened onto the front of each pouch. And by employing a silk-screening process along with the new ink, the team cut production costs even more.
