Pittsburgh Plastics Manufacturing takes several measures to ensure quality in both the process and the final product:

• Pre-certification is required on all incoming raw materials
• All manufacturing materials are inspected prior to use
• Quality assurance data is traceable through every stage of manufacturing
• Quality checks are performed by ISO-trained quality control technicians during every stage of manufacturing
• PPM participates in KAIZEN events, LEAN manufacturing and 5S techniques

PPM’s stringent quality-control procedures include testing and random inspection at all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to inspection of trucks and trailers that transport our finished products to customers. The entire quality system is audited regularly to ensure continual improvement and suitability to existing operations.
