A company came to us looking for vibration control using a dampening material. They knew that was not our main area of expertise but not out of our capabilities. There was another catch it needed to be an unusual shape.

So we gave it a shot.

Our research and development team got right on it. After doing research on vibration isolation applications we polled all of our ideas and came up with a solution. Using our Isogel® material with a specialized formulation a particular material was made.
Next came the design, our engineering team took the material that was created and came up with a design. This design minimized vibration and noise.
The mat not only minimized vibration it also lengthened the life of the machine.
We not only reached our clients' needs we achieved more by helping them keep their machinery around longer.
