POLYMER PROCESSING

SCREEN PRINTING

At Pittsburgh Plastics we offer finishing services like screen printing.

Inks are printed onto materials using a press that squeegees ink across a mesh frame. The ink is cured in a UV tunnel. Pittsburgh Plastics Manufacturing can print single or multiple colors

DIE CUTTING

Materials are cut to shape with steel dies using hydraulic presses.

 

Pittsburgh Plastics Manufacturing can die cut films, fabrics, foams and even sheets of IsoGel®, IsoFoam®, or GELoam® to your desired shape.

PACKAGING AND FULFILLMENT

At Pittsburgh Plastics we can help with your packaging and fulfillment of your product:

  • Automatically pack products in retail packaging (clamshells, blisters, or heat-sealed packaging)
  • Bulk Packing - For Large quantities, we maximize our customers' shipping efficiency and can send items to distribution centers or finishing plants.
  • We ship globally, and directly to retail stores or to your warehouse or distributors around the world.
